Indian Businesses Lead AI ROI, Data Challenges

Indian businesses are showcasing the highest Return on Investment (ROI) from Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementations, but they also encounter significant data challenges. A study revealed that while 53 per cent of consumers receive personalized recommendations and offers, 77 per cent desire such suggestions. The increasing acceptance of AI-powered assistants is evident, with 56 per cent preferring them for tasks like scheduling appointments and tech support, and 52 per cent for placing orders. This trend indicates consumer readiness for more advanced AI tools, including agentic AI, according to Adobe’s press release.
